Some of the less functions were completely unused => deleted.
Some others provided prefixes that are redundant since 2014 => replaced with plain CSS or simplified (for the ones used often).
Also a copy of the compiled styles was present in Git which seems to be a mistake.
This also contains all the commits from #366 , so should be merged after.
